Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.
It's harder to focus on our inner guidance, on our goals, on our activities, when we are not feeling well. If we are sick, or if our energy is at a low point, it is more difficult to remain loving, patient, understanding, focused, joyful, etc. So perhaps, the first step on the spiritual path is to make sure our vehicle (our body) is in top form. And of course, the same goes for our emotions... if we are feeling guilt, grief, stress, anger, resentment, etc., it is also difficult to be focused on Love for other (and for self).
This week our featured articles focus on our physical well-being: the health of our immune system, our lymphatic system, our diet, and our emotional health. The road to Home/Om may not be built in a day, but it must be built on a strong healthy foundation or we may not have the energy to continue our journey and reach our destination... which is Love within and for All.
We also have many other articles, for your reading pleasure, on a variety of topics.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
